From the same people who brought you the documentary on the Great Global Warming Swindle, we have another documentary on the bin wars taking place in the UK. Is the government really putting tracking chips in our wheelie bins to track them if they are stolen, are is it a front for an eventual plan to charge us per bin full of rubbish taken?
